About Me

Hi, I'm Hannah and here you can find out why I should help with your website.


Freelance Experience over 7 websites and counting: Phone or face-to-face meetings with clients discussing requirements; researched the most suitable pricing options; set up the hosting and domain including updating domain name servers; created the site; improved design; installed WordPress; added widgets, content, photo galleries and online forms with payment options; continued management and additions; provided training and handed over to be managed by client.

Professional Training: Bachelors degree in Theoretical and Computational Physics, Masters of Science in Information Technology.

Professional Experience: 5 years working as an associate developer for a private company, coding in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Groovy, Grails, Shell, Bootstrap. Also liaising with clients to capture and implement their online requirements alongside organisational tasks.
1 year editing a charity's website in HTML and CSS while living onsite, abroad.
2 years working in back-end coding including PHP and C.

My Interests

I love being outside and spending time with my three young children.

I will be available for any future website needs, including providing training on how to use and update the software.

MY WORK

I have worked on a variety of websites, using a range of functionality. Some had a complete overhaul, some needed tweaking and others were inbetween. Take a look at the finished articles (most are now managed by the client so please allow for a degree of inconsistency).
